This Privacy Policy applies to advertisers, screen partners, business users, website visitors, mobile application users, API users, customer support interactions, and marketing communications.

This Policy applies only to information processed by CASTADI and does not govern third-party websites or services.

Depending on your use of the Platform, we may collect:

A. Personal information

• Full name, business name, email address, mobile number, postal address, date of birth (where required).
• GST number, PAN number, Aadhaar or other identity details (where legally required).
• Profile photograph, and OTP verification status for email and phone.

B. Business information

• Company registration details, GST registration, business address.
• Bank account information, UPI ID, billing information, tax details, authorized representative information.

C. Screen information (Screen Partners)

• Screen Partner/Owner ID, owner type, Screen ID, location name and address (street, city, state, PIN code), GPS coordinates, venue type, foot traffic estimate where provided, and operating hours.
• Estimated advertising price per day, screen size, display resolution, orientation, and mounting type.
• Device serial number, Android version, device model, manufacturer name, and screen images or verification media.
• Internet status, uptime, playback logs, and Proof-of-Play records.

D. Campaign information

• Campaign details, creative uploads, schedules, budget, target locations, booking history, performance reports, and playback history.

E. Device information

When using the Platform, we may automatically collect IP address, browser type, operating system, device model and identifiers, language settings, time zone, app version, crash logs, and performance diagnostics.

F. Usage information

Login history, search history, screen browsing activity, booking activity, dashboard usage, clickstream data, session duration, and interaction logs.

G. Payment information

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. CASTADI does not store complete debit card, credit card, or internet banking credentials. We may store payment status, transaction reference, invoice information, payment history, GST invoice details, and Screen Partner payout details such as bank account number, IFSC code, branch name, PAN where applicable, payout frequency, and agreed revenue-share percentage.

Information may be collected when you register an account, complete KYC, book campaigns, list advertising screens, upload advertisements, make payments, contact customer support, subscribe to newsletters, participate in surveys, or otherwise use the Platform. We also collect certain information automatically through cookies and analytics technologies.

We use information to:

• Create and manage accounts, verify identity, and complete KYC.
• Process bookings, deliver advertising campaigns, operate the Cloud CMS, and generate Proof-of-Play.
• Improve Platform performance, provide customer support, detect fraud, and prevent abuse.
• Process payments, issue invoices, and send service notifications.
• Comply with legal obligations, conduct analytics, and improve user experience.

Where applicable, we process personal information based on your consent, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate business interests, and protection against fraud and abuse.

CASTADI may use essential, login/session, preference, analytics, security, and performance cookies. Cookies help us keep users signed in, improve Platform performance, understand user behaviour, secure user sessions, and personalize user experience.

Users may disable cookies through browser settings, although some Platform features may not function correctly.

We may share information with payment gateway providers, banking partners, cloud infrastructure providers, SMS and email providers, customer support vendors, analytics providers, government authorities where legally required, and professional advisers such as auditors or legal counsel.
